Grow Your Own — Arizona Teacher Residency Programs

State-supported teacher residency programs that create pathways from high school through college to classroom teaching. Districts partner with universities to offer paid residencies and tuition support for future teachers. Some programs offer high school introductory courses and paid paraeducator positions. Check with your school district for local GYO programs.
