What you'll need
A six month leadership training and mentoring program in which high school students in California, Nevada, or Arizona carry out a community service project of their own design. Students apply alone or in a group of two or three, attend three weekends of leadership and business training, and work with a dedicated mentor. Teams can budget up to $5,000 for the project. Applications for the 2027 fellowship open November 1, 2026.
