Lost Our Home Pet Rescue
Lost Our Home Pet Rescue is a Tempe, Arizona no-kill shelter that cares for pets affected by family crisis, foreclosure and homelessness. Youth volunteers complete an orientation, training, and a few hours of supervised shelter care, then help with daily shelter tasks and socializing cats and dogs. Ages 8-15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and ages 16 and up may volunteer independently (with a parental waiver if under 18), so Arizona high-schoolers are welcome.
