Awarded based on the PSAT/NMSQT score taken in junior fall. Top ~16,000 scorers nationally become Semifinalists; ~7,500 become Finalists with awards ranging from $2,500 to full-tuition scholarships. Arizona has a competitive Selection Index cutoff (~218 in recent years).
