What you'll need
High school teams of at least four students and a coach compete in a quiz bowl on ocean science. Teams from any state can compete, and teams can play head to head on Zoom in the Virtual Sponge Bowl on March 20 and 21, 2027, which charges a $75 registration fee per team. The Team Intent Form for the virtual event is due January 15, 2027.
