City of Tucson Parks and Recreation Department
The City of Tucson Parks and Recreation department offers volunteer and youth-leadership opportunities through its Jobs and Volunteer Opportunities page, including the Junior Staff in Training program that builds leadership skills and prepares teens for recreation employment. Teens can volunteer at parks, pools, and youth programs across the city. Participants earn service hours and gain real-world experience.
