What you'll need
Beginning learners of Arabic, Mandarin Chinese, or Russian take a 10-week online course with about 30 hours of live instruction, meeting twice a week for 90-minute sessions. The scholarship covers online instruction and program materials, but students provide their own internet access, device, and software. Applicants must be U.S. citizens aged 15-18 who are enrolled in a U.S. high school.
