National council of 16 young leaders who represent Red Cross youth in a remote two-year volunteer role. Applicants must be 16 to 22, have two years of active Red Cross volunteering with at least 20 hours logged in the past twelve months, and have held a Red Cross leadership role. The 2026 application ran March 23 to April 26 and is closed, and dates for the next cycle have not been posted.
