National Human Genome Research Institute
A paid summer research internship with the National Institutes of Health in which students join a working laboratory for the summer. Interns attend research seminars and a career-development and mentoring series, and can present their work at the annual NIH Summer Research Program Poster Day. Students must be at least 17 and pay their own travel and housing.
