Where each Arizona district sends official transcripts, in its own words. Search your district or city.
Ask early
Most districts quote 3 to 10 business days, and mailed copies take longer. Order at least two weeks before a scholarship or college deadline, and earlier in December and May when registrars are busiest.
Official is not the same as unofficial
An unofficial transcript is the copy you can print yourself from StudentVue, ParentVue or Infinite Campus. It is fine for a draft or a counselor. Colleges and most scholarships want the official one, which the school sends directly and you never open.
Parchment and SchooLinks need an account
If your district uses Parchment, create your account with a personal email you will still have after graduation, not your school email. SchooLinks is usually tied to your school login, so order before your account closes at graduation.
Closed school? The state keeps the records
If your high school closed, the records went somewhere. For a closed charter school, the Arizona State Board for Charter Schools holds them; for a closed district school, start with the Arizona Department of Education’s records page.
Your search stays on this page. Nothing you type is sent anywhere.
