No fee, per the listing. Grouped by category, A to Z.
We mark an opportunity free only when its listing says there is no fee ("no entry fee", "free to enter"), or when the Hub tagged it free and the listing also says "free". If the listing says the program charges, it is never marked free. We never estimate or infer a cost: we only echo what the listing says.
If we have neither a fee on file nor a "no cost" phrase, it goes in the second section. That does NOT mean it is free: there may be registration, materials, or travel costs. Ask the organization before you apply.
